Freshman Boys Defeat Spring Lake

Although they had a rough start in the game, Kent City’s Freshman Boys Basketball team came from behind to win, 40-37, against the Spring Lake Lakers. Great defensive play from Devin Loew, key free throw shooting from Fraser Wilson in the last quarter, and pure determination from the whole team moved the boys to a victory.

Wrestling Team Wins 5th Straight District Title

On Wednesday evening, February 11, the wrestling team hosted team districts and came away with its 5th consecutive district title. The team started the evening by taking on neighboring Ravenna in the semifinals.  The team controlled the dual meet by winning 11 out of the 14 weight classes on its way to a 64-12 victory.

JV Boys Fall to Calvin Christian
