We had 39 student-athletes log on to PLT4M this past week, which is eight less from last week’s number. Of those 39 who logged a workout on PLT4M last week, 28 were on multiple times. Our perfect attendance list only had 6 student-athletes who made it five times: Carson Chilson, Jenna Harrison, Alyssa Larson, Logan McVicker, Jaren Vogel, Jasmine Weeks. With the holiday weekend, no one put in an extra day to reach six. Keep working Kent City! If you do not see a friend, family member, or a teammate on this list (below) — call them an encourage them to to follow the PLT4M workouts.
We are keeping pace with our physical education classes to cut down on any confusion — they are back to week two for the remote workouts, so we will do the same. Please log your workouts when you are finished!

Eagles’ Board of Excellence — Fitness Challenges
On Tuesdays and Thursdays, make sure you are completing and logging your results for our fitness challenges. Last week no one was able to defeat Shawn Darling in the push-up challenge, as his 56 push-ups still hold the top spot. In the plank hold, Logan McVicker’s mark of 5:00 minutes still stands although Jenna Harrison continues to close the gap, posting a 4:01 last week.
This week we are testing the 1 minute sit-up challenge and the 1 mile run. Logan McVicker is the current leader with 62 sit-ups in 1 minute although he has several hot on his trail, with Lexie Bowers (60), Zane Kik (55), and Troy Atwood all within striking distance. In the 1 mile run, Jaren Vogel has posted the fastest time this spring with a 5:40. Make sure you log your results on PLT4M!
