Multiple Teams · Back to Week One! PLT4M Workouts 5-17 — 5-23


We had 47 student-athletes log on to PLT4M this past week, which is one less from last week’s number.    Of those 47 who logged a workout on PLT4M last week, 30 were on multiple times.  Our perfect attendance list only had 6 student-athletes who made it six times: Kenzie Bowers, Lexie Bowers, Kierra Flegel, Alyssa Larson, Logan McVicker, Jaren Vogel and Jasmine Weeks. We had four put in an extra day with Carson Chilson, Jenna Harrison, and Caroline VanOeffelen logging six visits to PLT4M this week.  Keep working Kent City!  If you do not see a friend, family member, or a teammate on this list (below) — call them an encourage them to to follow the PLT4M workouts.

We are keeping pace with our physical education classes to cut down on any confusion — they are back to week one for the remote workouts, so we will do the same.   Please log your workouts when you are finished!

Eagles’ Board of Excellence — Fitness Challenges
On Tuesdays and Thursdays, make sure you are completing and logging your results for our fitness challenges.   Last week no one was able to defeat Jaren Vogel in the 2 minute burpee challenge, as his 42 burpees still hold the top spot.   The 1 minute air squat maintained its leader as well with Logan McVicker performing 74.

This week we are testing the 1 minute push up challenge on Tuesday, and the plank hold on Thursday.  Everyone is now chasing Shawn Darling (56) in the push up challenge, a mark he set on May 7, 2020.   In the plank hold, Logan McVicker took a commanding lead with 5:00 on May 14, 2020, while Jenna Harrison is trailing with a time of 3:12 set on May 15, 2020.   Make sure you log your results on PLT4M!
